3D tall grass?
Grass has a 3D model. More 3D model items.
Over the past couple of years. The Survivalcraft Content Community has continued to grow!
Yesterday we reached 1000 users. We’re now at 1011!

Does falling objects also have this effect? For plane objects
Kaalus, will you ever add new balances like giving clothing more time before it wears off and can we have more renewable sources of fertilizer like malting soil with clay spread or making cottonseed meal to spread on the soil, giving it a small growth boost and making the plants not die as often but saltpetre is still more efficient.

rendering millons more trianges for all the grass in the world must be quite computationally expensive
this might also mean, that rendering of furniture has been improved
with a higher allowed triangle count per piece of furniture and more of them
The grass in the world is rendered the same. 2 textures forming an X on the ground. Only the items would change. So what’s in the player’s hand. And possibly broken items dropped on the ground.

Could we also get the feature that furniture send electric signal depending on the frame of its animation? Or is it hard/impossible to implement?
It would greatly help in creation of puzzle maps with different kind of locks.

Well there’s the 3d grass item…. Maybe that could apply to more items, idk.

Tall spruce… No snow? You sneaky devil! Did you add seasons by chance?
Uhh sorry to sadden you but this variety of tall spruce has no snow which is common in 2.2
Probably 2D item when dropped or selected in inventory will have a 3D texture but not a 3D model

no. If you look at the left hand side and look deep in the forest, you can see snow on top of the trees.
The new things are the grass and the new water texture.
Great spot. Unless they are giant oaks though. I don’t use default textures.

It seems there is a bear on the right side of the closest tree, but it looks a little bit different to what I remembered. New animal models? Or brand new animals?

Maybe it’s the ability to edit the textures in 3D similar to furniture edit, but then your changes would be applied to the in-game instances of those textures? For example edit the texture of the buckets and make them blue, or green, or transparent and optionally save that new version to the default or other texture file.
please make a VR version for the OCULUS. you can easily make more $$$ with this and it uses an android APK!
