I submitted Alpha 1.7 yesterday. It’ll likely appear in the marketplace sometime this week.
I am now thinking what to do for the next update. At the moment I am inclined to work on dropbox sharing of worlds as the main new feature.

I would love this idea for sharing worlds.
I also had an idea for basic multiplayer. Not to sure how complex it would be but you could make all the worlds in the game a small island that gets uploaded to a sever. Everyone who makes a world also has there worlds uploaded to the same sever. Then while you are playing your game you can see the other islands from your island. you can swim across and view them. Also each island could have a list of player ids that tells the sever if they have privliges to modify the island.
Off topic I was wondering where do you live as you seem to post at times that would place you in europe.

Love this coming update, especially that there will be more iron, my supply is running low lol, and when I do find iron is it usually only like 16 blocks….while when I find malachite (even rarer) I get like 80-90 pieces, so my copper supply at the moment it ok. Plus I watched the video and the boar and traps look awesome!! CAn’t wait to hunt come boar. Do you think in the next update you could have grass re-grow as a secondary little feature? Love that we will now be able to save and share worlds :) this way when my upgrade comes I won’t lose my progress :)
I agree with ya but I think the saving of worlds on a cloud is what he’s thinking about for next update. Not this one now.

Can you please remove the time limit for the test version and make it beeing onely the cruel mode instead of the time. I think this is more fairly for the guys, who can’t buy the app.

As someone who bought the game in 1.0 for $1.99 I agree that kaalus deserves payment for being such a dedicated developer and releasing updates for free. And a trial version is meant for you to try it so you’ll maybe buy it, not so you can get the game for free. Anyway keep up the good work kaalus!!!!

Lol it was $1.30 for me the day it came out haha thanks to me living in Australia! And yea if I was silly enough to not buy it then when it was released id still buy it now for 4 or 5 bucks the game has changed so much so fast kaalus deserves all the monies! And once WP really takes off and has a larger % of smartphone market share SC is going to become the game to have! And will become a huge hit to the point where if kaalus wants to this can be his day job :D

might have been just a buck, either way my point stands valid cuz this game is most definitely worth the money. Can’t wait to kill me some pigs, or just to make lots of traps around my house incase multiplayer does become a reality (keep off my land!!!)
The problem is that no prepaid cards and the credit card I tryed doesn’t work and I can’t pay a cent for apps. Why it cdn’t be like my ipod touch thrre I can pay for whatever I want.
Make a virtual Visa in every terminal. It’s really easy. By this Visa I bought a lot of games, and cool games. Try, you only need to know your phone number and few money.

I think it’s bad idea, also, Kaalus has written, that this game is like real life, so there mustn’t be any unusual mobs, like zombies or dinosaurs. And it’s hard to make a mob with V more than 1 block.

For the world dropbox idea, would this save the home you’ve built? As you alluded to before, the Lumia 900 is coming out soon and I’m definitely getting one. It would be nice if I didn’t have to start all over again once I get the new phone. I finally got the feng shui just right.
I agree because I should be getting a new phone in December when my contract ends so hopefully I won’t have to start over. Maybe the third generation phones will be out by then :D
@Kaalus: By sharing of files does that mean just a bunch of files you can open or actual mutiplayer with people roaming around the same map you are on? If it is multiplayer or if it isn’t but later on could you make sure you make it online wi-fi instead of local cuz i don’t know anybody besides my dad and brother and cousin who owns a windows phone so it wouldn’t be any use to me as local or bluetooth.

On the price, I would pay $5 for it and probably more considering how the updates are going. Luckily, I’m certain I paid $1.49 for this game. Definitely got an awesome deal cause it was pretty bare of features but still the graphics alone was impressive for wp7. I recommend buying ASAP while it’s lower now than it will be in the future.
