The world which is currently at the top of the rankings, called “Zoo with orcas and white bull” has generated so many downloads that it depleted bandwidth quota of Dropbox account of whoever published it.
That means you cannot download it any more – until Dropbox unblocks the account.
Nothing I can do here – if you want your worlds to be downloadable by so many people, you may want to choose another provider for serving them. Dropbox has bandwidth limits, I think on order of 10GB per day on a free account.
I will make small changes to the server to start more aggressively downranking worlds with download failures. That means, once the bandwidth limit is hit, the world will dip down (and downloads along with it), hopefully allowing the account to recover.
I’ve just noticed that some other worlds have the same problem. In general, the larger is your world the more likely you’ll run out of bandwidth at Dropbox.
On 1.23 front I still can’t find any dirt trees! If you notice them, can you please:
- quit the world, reopen it and see if the dirt trees are still there?
- post your device name & Android version
- post what you’ve been doing before spotting the trees
Thanks in advance for any information leading to reproduction of this crazy bug.
