Thunder and lightning in 1.26 is a bit tame. I made it a bit more entertaining for 1.27, watch here:
It was a shame to waste the great explosions system we have in Survivalcraft.

Yep, I started a map and quickly had to add in “warming stations” even tho I set world temp to +6
@ike231 – I dunno, that video show things going up in flames – unless that’s already only happening in Challenge & Cruel.
I think kaalus has some sort of “cheat” or debug mode, notice he is always looking at where it strikes, I think he is pressing a button to make it happen. And a tree is naturally generated, so whatever you build in creative or adventure wont get hit
Kaalus, so you know how you can just craft copper wires and some light bulbs and a switch and you get light. Can you make it necessary to make a battery in order to function, because currently you can just connect those and we get electricity. I’m just wondering because it makes it a little more realistic and gives us an actual use for the battery. Sorry if this sounds bossy of me not intended and keep up the great work!

Ok awesome but the thing is that lightning never hits near by Where my character is. Its always 100 blocks away. Maybe tweaking the lightning to hit nearby your character more often.

That is absolutely insane and awesome! Wary about this in creative like other people have said lol. A majority of my buildings have wooden stairs as roofs and stuff and it’ll be a pain if they get destroyed every time it rains!

Awesome game, really like can’t wait for multiplayer hope it comes out in the next update. and if u could add villagers, trolls or somethi ng to keep u company because it gets lonely sometimes. thnx kaalus really awesome game!!!!!!!!

Can you tone the lightning down a little bit or just make lightning rods? The first night in 1.27 I had to put out a fire, and make repairs on an extensive setup…..
