No, Survivalcraft is not dead and I am not a zombie, source code is not lost and my laptop is still in one piece :-) I haven’t posted anything for a while, but it doesn’t mean I am not working on it.
Actually the work slowed a bit for the last several days, but I have a good reason for that: I am moving house!
Unfortunately this will be dragging on for some more time, but I am still finding bits of time now and then to get some work done on the game.
Anyway, here’s the latest screenshot from my explosion testbed:
The yellow/blue stuff is the explosion pressure (the more yellow the more pressure). Grey blocks are walls. On the screenshot, the explosion originated in the far end of the little tunnel made from walls. It then propagated out of it, hit the wall and spread sideways, finally fizzling out in the open space. You can see that as long as you are inside of the tunnel the pressure stays high, while it quickly drops once in the open space. This is what this is all about!
Actually the world there is 3D and you only see one 2D slice of it, but it doesn’t really matter.
The post will now get a bit technical if you forgive me.
As you see, what I am trying to achieve is realistic pressure propagation. It also must be fast, because it has to run on the phones. I thought it will be easy, but it’s anything but. All the successful schemes I tried so far involved multiple iterations through the entire explosion space, and this is just too slow. Single-iteration algorithms are hard to come by, because they must propagate “globally”. For example if there is a hole in one side of the tunnel, the pressure on the other side must be lower, even though the two places might be far apart and not knowing about each other.
I went as far as looking into Minecraft wiki to see how they do it. It turns out they simply shoot rays straight from the explosion point, so there’s no pressure propagation there and no fireballs will ever chase you through the bendy tunnels. As a result I won’t be tempted to cheat by doing it their way.
My current idea, the one behind the screenshot, is pretty novel and came to me only two days ago while I was doing house stuff shopping. It seems to work, but it’s too early to call yet. The biggest problem with it is that it does not produce completely spherical fireballs in the open space and that it is surprisingly slow where it shouldn’t be, but I will get to the bottom of it.
I think 1.25 will be the weapons update.

hey Kaalus what if you make the next update have a thing called mini worlds. It could be 500 by 500 blocks and you could make it to be either flat or regular. I think this would be cool for different maps.

I want some tweaking of animal behaviour.
1. I want wolves to avoid you during the day, not simply ignore, because they still attack if you get to close.
2. Lions only hunt in the middle of the day – they are very dangerous, too dangerous I think. Tigers are even harder. Also I think, to be realistic, they should be hunting animals in preference to people, when having killed an animal – not be hungry to hunt for a couple of days.
But lions DO in real life hunt at night… I like the wolf idea.

I had another idea about animal behavior. They could not exclusively attack the player, but they could also fight among themselves. This might make it a little more realistic, and make it so that herding animals becomes a little harder. I also had another idea completely unrelated to animals. There could be ice covered lakes and spots of thin ice that you would fall through like grass traps.
Another thing. When you hurt an animal like a wolf enough it runs away, right? But if it gets stuck in a corner when trying to escape you I think that instead of just getting stuck it should turn and attack you again even more ferociously and not let up until someone is dead.
I dislike The explosive in minecraft cause they don’t stick after igniting , plus they pop like popcorn after the charge, which is not good at all . makes you appreciate survival craft more.

Nice to see a new post. Maybe you could add throwable grenades. It’s an easy use weapon that does a lot of damage to groups as well. Maybe there can be special grenades. One type might shoot out shrapenal an another could be a kind of gas bomb which will make the affected animals sleep (including players if multiplayer gets added).
On the sleeping note, some animals should go to sleep at various times. Cows, hogs, rinos… at night and lions and wolves periodically during the day.

Play my new map Death Temple! You are an explorer in the year 1642. You hear legend of an unimaginable amount of treasure. You decide to check it out and travel to Egypt. You realize this ancient pyramid is more than you think. It has deadly traps. You must use your physical strength and occasionaly your smarts to get through the temple. Your main goal besides the treasure, is to find the pharoah’s ancient crystal of infinite power located at the top of the ancient pyramid. He used this crystal to control the planet at one time but he was defeated. Youll learn about that in the next map.You must work your way up to find the pharoah’s burial tomb with riches. Once you find it there will be a sequel to another adventure with the explorer. This will be an epic adventure map series! The first part won’t be very interesting but the ending will have you at the edge of your seat waiting for the next episode.

Oops i found a large bug with the map. If you died on the first part you spawned far ahead of the map. Its supposed to take atleast 30 minutes or a little less to beat the map.

Sneak mode when you land on a block keeps you still and from walking off a block. If you liked that one, you will love part 2. You are back a year later on an adventure to Asia for the next crystal, but your coordinates send you to South America. Pirates destroy your boat and you crash into the south american jungle shore with your boat damaged and sunk under water you go back to the shipwreck for supplies.You are searching the jungle for help and you find a new unexpected adventure. The part 2 will have more action, less parkour, riddles that you must answer or die, fun, adventure, and in game music.
So I just read this description of part 2, and had to turn my iPod off for a second to fully revel in the glory. :D

Yea it’s a cannon :) Kaalus can you pleeeeeaaaassseee make it electronic capable. It would make sense since it Doesn’t look hand wielded, but I could be wrong. It would awesome to have a weapon that could be connected to a pressure plate, motion sensor, photo diode etc. :)

A handheld cannon? Did they even exists? And I’d rather shoot a cannon by hand than electronically. More fun :) I don’t think its a cannon though. Having pressure to fire a cannon kaalus could be making wouldn’t make sense. It wouldn’t actually launch using pressure. I think its going to be something like explosive related ore than shooting something. How often are you firing something in a cave? You don’t just walk around shooting in/at/near caves. Im with O’Donnell. Kaalus will do it when he feels its necessary or decides it is time. I don’t think its even ready for multiplayer. I would wait till around update 1.9, maybe 2. Kaalus still needs to add more food, more farming, more blocks/ores(eh, optional), and more items. When I go to a game on Google play, I’m going to make sure my game is GOOD ENOUGH(not that SC is bad Kaalus, just saying I think you should add a little more) before I add multiplayer.

Whoa, it would take years if multiplayer was gonna be in update 2.0 as you , brythok say . Sc is 3 years old and its on update 1.24 so to estimate, 1.24 = 3 years. 1.24×5= update 2.0. So the math i got was 6 years and 1/4 of a year until it is about update 2.0. Which is a long, long time. I don’t quite think it will take that long. Btw I’m horrible at math so that problem was wrong. Lol :-)

If you’ve seen my ideas from the last post, here is the original 20 + 10 more suggestions :
1. To make it look awesome (Sorry, involves mythical beings) when you die in hardcore / cruel mode, get a cutscene of the character meeting the grim reaper, and that you have a choice of living or dying, if you chose to live, you will be given 2 chances, if you choose yes, everything will be reset, but the same, so you can find everything again, If you die the 2nd time, you’ll be revived for the last time, if you die the 3rd time, if you chose to live the last time, you will starve, get sleepy, and exhausted faster, and it will be harder to find food.
(Problem : children’s get scared.
Solution : make the grim from billy and mandy)
2. Add an actual goal of the game, to survive the lands, or travel back to the city, that’ll make it cool.
3. Add brass knuckles, or bagh nakhs, close range of 1 block, but hard hitting, you get the fangs from animals, the harder the fang, the harder it’ll hit, but bagh nakhs and brass knuckles will often miss, isn’t that awesome? A close range weapon, we also need some new ore to make it.
4. Meteor showers and Falling Stars, it’ll be hard to implement, but meteors explode and give new ore, while if you see a falling star, you’ll be given 3 random wishes, and a 50% chance of the wish being granted, if you find the star, your wish WILL be granted.
5. Boredness, if your character is bored, you cannot craft anything, to make you not bored, you can find activities, or read books, or an option to dance, that’ll make it realistic.
6. Sickness, if you stay in the rain too long, you’ll get sick and will be forced to skip a day or two, just for the fun.
7. Skills, you can only craft basic things, or have knowledge on how to mine a stone, But the more you craft, your skill goes up and craft more things, and if you mine more, you can mine more ores.
8. Radio / Recorder / Record Player, You can record your sound and edit it by raising / lowering your voice, so adventure players can hear instead of reading, good for maps
9. Crystals, Crystals Can be used to make furniture, or more advanced tools, and only crystal tools can mine Fossils.
10. Fossils, You Can Implement Fossils So You Can put it as decorations, or more importantly, discover new species of animals, not really, just for aesthetics.
11. Dreams, every night you dream, you can imagine things randomly, you have an option to disable or enable, you have 2 – 10 minutes to toy around with your dream, the power is yours.
12. Guardians, The more you are in this land, you discover that every person has guardians, and you must discover who is yours, They may guard you from harm, or harm you, so be careful.
13. The end of the world, if you fail to reach civilization by a time limit (random), the world will end, and you may end up in heaven or hell based on your actions.

17. King Of The Land, You may find cities rarely, these cities are always bad, but there is also a king, if you beat the king, you may get some treasure, a boss type of thing.
(Problem : Player may inhabit cities.
Solution : After the king is dead, 1-5 minutes till explosion, you can’t enter the houses, you can’t mine things)
18. Support Pillars, your cave has got to someday crumble, so support pillars will prevent that, rather than having a plain thing, support pillars support 10 blocks wide worth of blocks, applies to stone only.
19. Ghosts, your character will be scared when he sees them, if he’s too scared, he may die, you cannot kill ghosts, and it may be an illusion.

20. You Need a Source Of Electricity! You Need To use sources, the switch itself cannot turn the lamp on, get oil for a source, or solar panels, and no batteries are THAT Huge, so replace them with solar panels, fuel, oil, lightning rods, windmills, water mills, lava converter, Fire Furnaces, motor generators, or coal furnaces to generate electricity, in reality, nothing turns on just by a switch.
21. More swords, a machete won’t cut it (get it?), we may craft more, like cutlass, dagger, katana, or maybe, a buster sword (FFVII)
22. Potions, not fake, magical, game ones, potions used in real life, the ones that actually exists, you may make a lab (mini lab) with test tubes, and flasks, there is a crafting menu, you can insert liquids and items to make your potion!

By healing, I don’t mean insta-heal, it fastens the process of healing.
23. Ancient items, you may find these rarely while digging, and in graveyards, while digging, you may find vases and all that, mean while in graveyards, you could find an excalibur, or armor, or anything really, that’ll make it interesting.
24. Crosswires, to those electric map builders, are you ever annoyed that you can’t place two wires in a row, without them connecting? Well with cross wires, you can! My system : you have up to 10 Cross wires, different colors, which normal wires can connect to anything, while colored ones can’t, the first wire you place will be on the surface, while the second one, over lapping the first one, make sense?
25. Shields, everyone needs it, without it, defense is nothing! Well, it’s really vital when it comes to fighting, and perfect for maps as well!
26. Fruit trees, c’mon, you don’t even have an apple! Fruits are, nutritious? But fruit trees, everyone probably wants it to happen, plus, you can grow them near your house, which is useful.
27. Code Locks / PIN Lock, would be a more simpler way of. making codes without the truth table circuit, it would be simple enough to enter the codes 296145 / 4948 rather than having complex switches everywhere, this would make adventure map making more easier.
28. Vehicles, not advanced ones, just simple ones, like a basic Skate board, or bikes.
29. Poison, some food must be poisonous, especially raw ones, if you get poisoned, herbs are the way to go.
30. Hurricanes / earthquake, if you do, earthquakes are easier to make, it’ll destroy some buildings.

I think it would be stupid to be able to ride in a minecart cuz then SC WILL look like a copy of MC in a way… I mean, how about a bike? Kaalus could add bikes that can be driven through 2 block high areas! WTH guys…. If minecarts are added, I want them to work like mobile chests on rails. Same chest GUI(can hold 16 items), and runs on rails. Perfect :)

We need a pressure furnace, you put gunpowder or gunpowder kegs in it and it smelts faster and lasts longer, you could craft it out of 8 iron ingots in the same shape as a furnac. Who thinks pressure is a clue on the new weapon, it’s definately a cannon or a gun, probably a cannon in my opinion

The goal of the game is have fun and be creative. That’s the goal. If you could travel back to a ity or something, the game would be over. That would be stupid. LOVE the alchemy idea though(potion making is still alchemy, right?)! We could have that anti-burn thing made from aloe plants, and some other thing that’s causes your immune system to work harder to fight poison! I don’t like the idea of kings/cities, I wouldn’t mind finding other survivors though. Maybe another group of people that got abandoned here and started their own group that have a tribe sort a thing? EVERYONE wants more fruit! I want apples, peaches, lemons, and strawberries(good variety, eh?). Your saying get rid of batteries, when instead batteries could be used to craft an electrical output box, like the ones that say “HIGH VOLTAGE” and stuff with the lightning bolt symbol. KATANAS WOULD BE AWESOME!!! And yes, I get it, we allllll did -_- lol. Crystals are sapphires, diamonds, emeralds, amethysts, all that stuff. Dreams would be ok, nothing too odd though…. Gaurdians, I don’t like. Doesn’t make sense. Grim reaper giving players another chance? That basically ruins creul mode, cuz then everyone would choose to keep playing if they could… Shields? YES PLEASE!! Natural disasters? YUP! Ghosts? No. Illusions? Eh, maybe. For writing rules and etc. for adventure maps
Keeping a daily journal or keep note of bases etc in survival.
3. Fishing pole
To poke your self in the eye.
(What else can you do with a fishing rod other then fish!!)
4. Furniture/decorations for home
To come home after being mauled, scratched, struck by lightning and drowned to a relaxing chair…

5. More important stats
Like illnesses, thirst, moral (happiness or whatever) and body shape (fat and muscle) can alter digging speed, stack size and stuff, It could be edited by running around (loose fat), eating to much and sitting around (get fat) fight, dig (get muscle) sit around (loose muscle) basically good luck getting fat!

Hi, it looks like to me the “walls” are the barrel of a cannon. You can see the back, closed end of it, and the explosion effects coming out on the left and right side. The picture is viewed from the top and the right side is the back and the left is the front of the picture… If that helps:)
That had crossed my mind too that it could be a barrel.
But it would be strange for all the effort if it is used only within a cannon’s barrel and for the rest nowhere else in the game
The method is probably going to be used with gunpowder kegs as well.
But until now gunpowder kegs destroyed their surroundings, in this case the “walls”.

hey kaalus, I have a few ideas for maybe 1.26. How about revolving doors, a dike (or something similar that can block/release water), and maybe a strawberry bush (it grows in the wild and yields 1 strawberry but if you cultivate it it yields up to 3). My last idea may be harder, I guess it just depends on the coding, maybe a new biome like a swamp? anyways i know your busy and these are just suggestions, thanks for the awesome game.

Weapons update???
Listen yesterday I was playing survivalcraft and building an adventure map and the game froze I waited a while and the game syndrome then it happened again and again and again and again it became more frequent then bang it crashed. I have been able to go on it but it kept happening kaalus I need a bug fix

I find it more challenging and realistic then to be able to cut trees and dig with bare hands
In adventure mode the machette can’t cut mere Vegetation, but you can damage animals?
While a machette is used to cut down Vegetation and not primarily a weapon.

Leaves : Machette and Axe
Dead Tree Saplings : Machette and Axe
Bushes : Machette and Axe

I think that before adding a bunch of new features, he should focus on fixing many of the existing features people have complained about. Fix the deadly animal behavior. Remove stubborn from all horses and camels. As they are, they are useless. Fix animals disappearing from their pens when you are away for an extended length of time. Make existing weapons deadlier, and so on.
Hi, I think he will address some of the issues, he usually fixes problems and the end of a update, I agree on the animals disappearing one and the ivy flickering on stairs and slabs.
I think this game is coming along very well. I think it would be great if we could make our own shields!. We don’t need body armor like in mc. That wouldn’t fit the theme of survialcraft at all. Also it would be great if the aiming system should be changed for the ranged weapons bow/crossbow/spear etc… it should be the crosshairs thing like when you’re on split touch. THAT WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER!. Anyway great job kaalus this game is really fun and I like the direction that you’re taking it!

I am about that old, too. I never spent much time learning thing new. Especially, because I’m too young to get a real job. I spent a lot of time watching Youtube and came up with tons of ideas. The only way the express these ideas in the right way is in 3-D animating or creating a video game. I also heard that these are good ways to earn money either from making it a paid game, making ads, or getting lots of views on Youtube, with ads. I guess I shouldn’t try things to early. or I might give-up. I used to be amazed by the fact that I knew how to get task manager. I was 7 then. Well I think for now I’ll stick with drawing, writing, and video games. Those are what I am best at.

I hate when people push kaalus to release the updates so fast. Its probably better for him to finish and make sure there are no issues before realeasing. Besides the longer the update time, the better and more features? :-)

… The longer updates take also means other games will catch up..and games that get updates frequently will sell more and faster… I.e. A possible new purchaser may read the update dates and come to a conclusion if a game gets attention from developer, player feed back…constant new features… I’m very unlikely to purchase a new app game if I see that updates are rare, take a long time etc. Part of SC success is because we get updates frequently, not seldomly.
Yeah im saying like the first two weeks after 1.24 a girl on youtube asked when is the next update. Minecraft pe is releasing huge updates now like 0.9.0 and 1.0 they take a while, and their also a sucess. Also minecraft pe is getting what ive wanted for a while and can’t even get it minecraft pc i think… world size customizer. You can customize size to small, medium, large, very large (or minecraft xbox world size,) and infinite. Very handy for making maps so people can’t just wonder off the map. :-)

Hmm yea that would be kool, maybe you could drop two pieces of meat representing your body, all you items get dropped also of course. It could be fun fighting off a pack of animals to try to get your items back while also being a kinda of marker where you last died… Sometimes it’s diifuclt to find your remains (item drops)
See I think that would be annoying to have to gift a pack of animals. You’d die again half the time, and the other half, you could kill the animal(s), but by the time you did that, your stuff would be gone.

I know part of the success were the fast updates.But, this was just one slow update. I’ve never liked the explosions in the game, because it was so unrealistic. There was no force or pressure applied. It just exploded and if you were in range, you would die or burn. I want it to have two waves, the explosion wave and the force wave, if you weren’t close enough to burn, you would be pushed back. The sound delay was a great improvement too. Explosions also don’t usually break granite. Crossbows was also something I wanted, because Minecraft didn’t have it and they look cool.:) The supposed to be a cannon or grenade, new weapon is going to put this into the top spot. He is moving and we should respect that. Plus it is not much of a weapons update with only two new weapon and new explosion system.

Hey kaalus, I know you probably don’t read this but if you do, please read this.
Please please please add a filter or search bar in community content. A search bar for finding worlds you want without having to look through the crap ones that are spamming the content.
A filter so that no world can spam the content. So say you uploaded a world that had no bad stuff or anything, it would go through the filter and get uploaded, but if you uploaded one like fun love or something, it would go through the filter and not be uploaded. So you don’t have to look through all the crap worlds.
The filter would look through the world and detect anything inappropriate or rude, or if there is something bad in the name. This might take a long time to put together, but I would wait for it. Don’t rush. Maybe in 1.29 or something. Good job on the update by the way. :)

Yes. Those crappy worlds just ruin everything. People make giant maps and the little ones take over because of all those dumb chatroom and dating maps where creeps meet each other and give out personal information. I’ve had to report like 6 maps.

Hey kaalus, i am a sc nerd and i love the game and almost in it. There is just one recurring problem that i was hoping could be fixed.
I am the type that builds large cities and i sometimes build several houses that are relatively far apart, ie one in a cold region, one good for farming, etc. I am looking for a faster way between these far apart places. Currently im using the “pony express” method but horses are not the fastest and when you jump amd there is a ceiling right above you, you die. This is not a problem but horses are not that effecient in cities.
I propse you create trains. The cars need not b big, just enough to sit in and possibly carry some cargo. The rails would be made of iron rods and, although it would be a little extensive, they could be laid out for the cars to follow.
I realize this would probably be a lot of work and may not even be possible, but please at least give it a chance. Thank you :)

The SurvivalCraft is a game and as much as in other blogs speak, Minecraft in the gym. But we have to improve the game!
There are several games that are easy and quick queasy, but this is not the problem SurvivalCraft, neither easy nor too difficult, but I think it should have a goal in the game, like Minecraft, but not defeat a dragon from another dimension, but rather a series of objectives and end goals.
Could find a survivor on the island (goals), defeating X animals (goals), but have to GOAL, the ultimate goal.
I need a better idea, I thought I’d tackle some maniac or crazy survivor, we should find it somewhere special, an example: Piramide.
I need a better idea and support so that Kaalus can read this and do this.
Comment on what they think.
Not trying to be mean like juss vicc, but I don’t think that’s a good idea. Then it becomes a different genre. You create your goals. Ex- “I’m almost out of food. Today I’ll go hunting, and find some rye. “I need more iron. Better craft a pickaxe. I need some cobblestone so I can smelt it.” See, SURVIVING is your goal.

Ok guys, but Minecraft PC has ultimate goal, defeat the dragon, the dragon after you defeat the game ends, and what will you do? Or create a new world or buy a new game, but until you get the Dragon, takes too long.
I think SC has to have goals, but no monsters, something more realistic, face a crazy, do not know, so I need ideas.

The guy who made the survivalcraft mod makes actual villages spawn in grasslands and he added male and female villagers. The villagers carry and drop things to.

Kaalus I want to suggest for 1.26, you make Survivalcraft 2.0. First, you increase world height, to create extremely high mountains. Next you create waterfalls towering over your head, with complicated designs. Next you make the width of the mountains longer, so there is like another world up there, where you can walk around and build a house, instead of small mountains, with narrow tops. Also the mountains could have more complicated designs like ponds on it and cliffs. Next rivers, rushing towards you, you try to jump over it or create a path. One point you create towering trees for jungles with vine falling down. Larger, wider trees, blocking the sun. Bigger and further islands, travel to them. Some people said they were tired of doing the same thing, so this could make them want to stop surviving and create their own worlds in survival and cruel. Like you said, find civilization. You could have meant, create civilization. SO we could take over the world.

You should add horse breeding and dolphins and baby animals and tame dogs and cats you should also have to break the horses than just put a saddle on it.Also leads so you can lead any animal to the pen.

For those who want to see more Death Temple I’m making a part 2. You are planning a course to Asia, but your boat ends up in the south american coast. The crew’s ship is attacked by pirates. The adventurer, John Hanks is knocked into the water and almost drowns. He wakes up on the shore. His crew dead, boat sunk, only he and his friend Matt are left on the shores. There seems to be a crystal located on the shores also. You swim back to the shipwreck to collect what is left that can be useful on your trip. I’ve put in game music in underground to keep the scenes entertaining. Like a happy part of the map has happy music playing underground. A sad part has sad music. An exciting part has action music underground.
If your an expert of coding and modifying can you make your own files like water reflection,tornados, always raining in option feature, temple portal teleportation, gold to make to pay to npc, dialog of them talking to you, castles traping npc like related a small bit to skyrim bit not much, and just show the developer how far I progressed or just email him…? If you build a big tower or something to attract people and make buildings which have a roof walls and stuff other people stranded could move in, they could give you randomly generated quests like: get me 10 rye for 2 gold coins… Also add coins.
Then there could be a big quest were the pirates who marooned you try kill you or you attack them.
I don’t know about the big quest because it would be pretty hard to add.

kaalus,I think bowls would be a good idea. Bowls have the duribility of stone and they will be made of a new block called hardwood.if the player does not eat food out of the bowl he will make a mess and food will fly everywhere. Also I’m 8,so don’t kill me
That sounds like a good idea. It would be awesome if he adds plates, silverware, tables, and chairs so that you could eat politely. And perhaps doing it that way would add extra nutritional value.

Newbie on SC, but just wanted to show some appreciation :-) Kaalus you are a legend!!! Will be naming my firstborn after you ;-)
Just a couple things … 1. My boats n horses keep disappearing from my pens n boathouses… Is this happening to everyone else? & will this be fixed (remember Im new, dunno how this works)
2. Also I can’t break down boats… Dropped 2 in my house n had to dig holes inside to bury them in? Is this too normal or do I need to re-install n lose my worlds??
3. I think the new weapon is a cannon which is cool, I can build a proper castle :-)
4. Kaalus please please please do not add spiders … I’m arachnophobia n have had to quit/delete/giveaway many games because they feature n look too realistic.
5. Fishing is a must :-)
6. You guys make some awesome suggestions, but remember if the game is too hard/complicated new people will start to lose interest – things like maintaining body temperature or adding poison n medicine… Things like electrics n logic gates are complicated but you don’t have to use them till you’re ready – please don’t make basic survival too complex.
Lastly yes, more things to grow would be awesome, like pumpkin seeds & fruit trees/bushes with seeds.

You have to repeatedly tap boats to destroy them, and your probably dissapears because they get struck by lightning! If you are in creative, just turn off weather effects, otherwise I don’t really know, still trying to figure it out myself.
Playing in harmless mode but I don’t think it’s lightening, my boats were in a stone boathouse.
Hopefully it’s a bug that gets fixed…..

In spite of my constant complaining I really love Survivalcraft. Kaalus is obviously a programming genius.
However; I hope he is working on fixing some of the features he previously added that reduce the fun of the game.
1. Get rid of stubborn. You can’t even herd cows anymore. It’s faster to walk long distances.
2. Give bread a higher food value or make flour cheaper to make. Maybe 9 rye for 2 flours instead of 1.
3. Make challenging “challenging”, not nearly impossible.
4. All animals should drop something.
5. Give chests larger storage capacity and have larger inventory space.
There are enough electronics and explosions are fine the way they are. Why waste so much time on features that add nothing to the gameplay and often reduce it.

Please dont get angry if i say this but are the so far 3 months. We get new panel, crossbow, iron bolt, and explosions being edited. Minecraft pe next two updates: infinite worlds, villages, mineshafts, tamed wolves, baby tamed wolves, horses of so many breeds, swamp biome, african savannah biome, tall jungle tree biome, ice spike biome, 500 blocks render distance, world size editor, enchantments, nether/ender portals,
(not needed in survivalcraft btw) possibly jungle temples, desert pyramids, and more are also coming to minecraft pe. Please don’t let pe get ahead of survivalcraft features. :-)
The enchantment, horses, nether and end aren’t next mcpe update though.

Yeah. Thats why i said next two updates. Survivalcraft is better because of its infinite worlds, caves, and electrics; minecraft pe is getting all of those and more which is making both games equal. I saw an awesome picture of minecraft pe handling 500 blocks render distance. Minecraft pe sucks for now, but next updates 9.0 and 10.0, minecraft pe is gonna be actually a lot of fun this year. Survivalcraft will always be awesomer, if the good features keep coming. Please dont ban my comments but its officially been 3 months and we know nothing except new panel, crossbows, and a secret explosive weapon being worked on. I hope he’s planning something big with the explosions. Like if its a cannon maybe if he ever adds generated structures he could add little towns with cannons or pirates with cannons.

So basically we are afraid of MCPE beating us. Which it has no chance whatsoever. We need to stop worrying about what’s happening on this post, because he probably ks working on something else now. It’s not like it’s actually taking this long. Remember last time he was simply working on sound delay, and now hes working on a total new feature. I know what Mojang is doing and it won’t work. They look at what makes this game popular, and try to put it in their game. We know that after this the next update is going to be like in a year. Think about what he could be doing. Tall trees, enhanced spears, guns, catapults, poison darts or nets. Survivalcraft will always win, Minecraft should’ve stayed on Pc. He should add cats, though.
I have two theories. The more likely one, which is what you said, or he’s secretly adding a cool and awesome feature that he wants to surprise us with. I don’t know why he would do this, since I’m pretty sure that everybody just wants to be informed, but it’s his game, and he’s not obligated to do any of this.
I agree, but mojang is a group, the minecraft update is july 25. I agree survivalcraft will always best with features and playing style, but not on top by ratings with their millions and millions of downloads. I used to mostly play minecraft until I found survivalcraft. I love the infinite worlds, caves, horses, electrics, etc. Those are the main things that minecraft players downloaded it for. So if both games have all of those awesome features and one game is more popular…

Yeah I know Mojang is a group. But I have studied them and realized their foolish plan. They go through tons of update on PC, leaving Mobile alone. The fans get mad at them for leaving it behind and they try to update it. So 2013 and 2014 are good years for MCPE. But the year isn’t over. Mojang takes a load of time to update Minecraft PC. And PE is just a mobile version of PC, so it’ll take 3x as long! So 2015 and 2016 are the years for Survivalcraft to catch up and capture the prize. Survivalcraft is off to a “rocky start” this year. But by summer, 1.28 is probably going to be out.Imagine the wonders. Sideways logs, tailed horses, whips, gold, decorative blocks, campfires, flares, ships, hangliders, pets, blizzard, clothes and other amazing things! Kaalus is getting better every second. He’s like a computer, moving fast, a few delays, developing, updating. But he’s not like a company. He know what we want and listens to us. He tells us what he’s doing instead of being secretive. I have a feeling that after this update, everything will move smoothly.
I don’t play this game any more its too boring and other thing is he hasent posted in weeks and minecraft pe is getting way way better so go look at there blog there adding wolf’s cats you can tame them too!

No. I figured out the real problem. Kaalus is a spy. Mojang stole some data from Survivalcraft to make their game better than his. But he got mad and got into his Silver Lamborghini Veneno. And drove there. But it’s so far away that it’s taking him a long time even in that kind of car. I heard that he’ll be there tommorow. When he gets the code back and sues Mojang with evidence, he’ll post about it and receive the medal of honor from all of the presidents of all countries.

No Lamborghini Veneno. I think it’s one of the worlds fastest cars. Anyways the base is kinda in Nome. Which is in the farthest corner in Canada. He also had to take stops for sleeping and eating.

Ummm. You do you know where Nome is? In Canada. Kaalus lives in Poland. And there are bears and snow and ice. He has to be careful. You think someone can just cross bridges in these conditions.
