Kaalus do you know that there’s another game that’s copying your game? Kind of a duplicate.

It does not seems like SC copy, I have tried to decompile SC, and due to many source files it does not decompile everything properly. So there is really small chance that it is SC copy. But maybe some people will be able to decompile it properly, I am not 100 % sure.
What, duplicate? Gameplay seems to be absoluely different. Its more like copy of some minecraft multiplayer mod (iv seen few utube videos, dont remember the name, tho. Anyway, gameplay was pretty much the same as that game).
Look at the UI. It has the same Texture.
Minebuild is direct copy. Survival games is based from a Minecraft minigame.

Kaalus, might i suggest you work on adventure mode preferences in the near future, like giving map makers the option to chose what bars are used like stamina and hunger or what specific mobs drop. this would help adventure maps greatly.
I would like the next version of wall block halves (to be useful in parkour maps and epic buildings). And another idea: when the music plays, the sound pauses, such as “-tyn tyn tyn-…”, I would like to had a button “without pause”, then it would be so – “tyyyyyyyyn.” And the last idea: add a game or something like binoculars.

I like the binoculars idea, but the view range should be increased. Let’s wait for survivalcraft xbox 360 edition to come. Same stuff, but a increase in the view range.
What? The view range is already as far as any human could possibly see in real life. I don’t this the distance can get much further without the whole world looking stretchy and weird.
A real human could see like more than 1000 blocks far! When you see ta the top of a mountain, you can like see more than 10 kilometers if the weather is correct!
Devices probably wouldnt handle it though. Pcs probably wouldn’t either. Its a awesome idea but, before the render distance update we could only view 64 blocks. Kaalus adding 160 blocks was a big step.

Kaalus, change the world generating engine. If your adding survivalcraft to a faster device or a console. Binoculars is the reason for this, giant biomes massive biomes! Consoles can run on 200 or 250 block ranges or more. A list of biomes to be added and enlarged: snow, jungle, forest, plaines, deserts, grass lands, hills, mountain ranges, islands should be giant, and orchards. New structures to be added: temples, and old bunkers within cliffs near beaches containing the new weapons, and gunpowder is frequent to be found. You should add these to the console versions.

He actually plans to add multiplayer and npcs. Its only deserted “for now”.
You do know the whole reason he added graves was to see if the game can handle generated structures such as villages and abandoned mineshafts or any other thing man made. If you read the gravestone information in the help button in the game you will see the description which says quote”graves,
the final resting spot of the residents (people) of this land”. Which is evidence that survivalcraft may have npcs in the future since it mentions people who lived on the land. Also in survivalcraft’s early days of its first update, there was a button in the menu for multiplayer. The multiplayer option didn’t work though because kaalus never tried to finish adding it i think from researching old posts where he mentions multiplayer a lot. He also made a post addressing multiplayer and said it is something he will add after he finishes adding all of the smaller features. I hope this comment helps to realize that kaalus might not be annoyed because he understands these are awesome features the majority of survivalcraft fans would like to see and he enjoys everyones input (i think).

The long intro of survivalcraft: A man, with a name unspoken, was left for dead on the shores of an unknown land. The reason is unknown, but the problem to the situation is he must survive. Clearly he’s strong, intelligent, and can make complex structures from scratch. The crew of the ship probably didn’t know about this. Soon as he explores deeper into the land, he notices he wasn’t the only one on the land: gravestones of the past inhabitents are spread out, grass traps are still waiting for victomes, and he is waiting for someone to come, but the land has no civilization. The natives died out long ago. The wild took them. Knowing home is hundreds of miles away, the only answer to escape the darkness…is to embrace it.

Does anyone still don’t understand what the memory bank is, and how to use it? It’s simple: it is based on a grid. Where ever the x and y axis intercept each other, that’s the out put. You change the value by editing it. Just experiment with it.
Hey can you add different wolves? You know like, article wolf and brown wolf…ect. And can you please fix the problem when normal wolves turn into werewolves?
Actually normal wolves are suppose to turn into werewolves. The blue flame means they’re changing. I do like the idea of different wolves though.I agree it would be cool to have more
I know but I was thinking that the real werewolves keep the normal blue changing flames and the normal wolves have red changing flames to tell the difference. (Just realized, everyone it’s Arctic wolves not article wolves DX)

I think people say Apple is Crapple because iDevices don’t use .apk files for apps or .mp3 files for music. Instead, Apple devices use .ipa files for apps and .itunes files for music, which makes it fairly difficult to put ios stuff on say, an Android or Kindle, and vice versa. So if you download a ton of music off the iTunes store and your iDevice gets discombobulated, you can’t put your music and apps on your Kindle. Plus Apple devices are usually pretty expensive. But other than that, Apple’s got some good stuff, I mean my 5 year old iPod 4 still can handle a 96 block view range on SC with almost no lag, plus I have about 30 other apps on the thing and some take quite a bit of memory.
Got some bad news about survival craft .. Mcpe 0.9.0 will have infinite generation .why is that bad news for survival craft . case they have infinite world and multiplayer , custom your skins, Caves , new biomes, port world generation from PC.
On the cave note, We do have caves.. I have more on my map/world then I know to do with..but I hear ya.. The youtube video pertaining mcpe 0.9.0 said survival craft had rare caves.. Not in my case..lol
Yeah. I see plenty of caves in sc. More than in mcpc. Although, minecraft pc caves are a lot bigger with plentiful mineshaft loot. Minecraft pe is getting those type of caves (huge) with mineshafts.

It kind of makes me sad that minecraft pe will be equally as advanced and will already have villages, mineshafts, and dogs. Survivalcraft catched me a long time ago when i found out it had infinite worlds, caves, horses, and more. Now minecraft pe is getting all of those special, amazing things surviavalcraft has in the next few updates. Mean while survivalcraft is getting new panels and crossbows instead of taking the game to the next level like minecraft pe is. No offense btw kaalus survivalcraft will always be the best. I just think he should start hitting some more big features like he did in the best update ever 1.22 an awesome update. I think (my opinion) working on villages, mineshafts, more biomes, and maybe even multiplayer will keep survivalcraft on top and i know he might work on all of these most requested features in the future. I will play minecraft pe a little more after 0.9.0 but we will always know SURVIVALCRAFT is always BEST. :)

I thought the crossbow and the sound delay was a great improvement. I guess all people care about are mineshafts villages and multiplayer. Even though those are months away, because they would require huge improvements. I think some people are honestly not respecting Kaalus enough. After a update some people just ask for multiplayer and dragons again. Over and over and not saying that he did a good job. Complaining about how it’s not good enough, or it is not as good as the minecraft version. I’m not saying none of you respect Kaalus, but I think you should stop asking him for the same things,(because I assure you he is working on it), and congratulate him on the update. At least suggest new ideas instead of old ones.
Yep. Thats why im building the hugest most epic city in survivalcraft name kaalus city and put it on youtube to thank him. I also have an idea of poison arrows. Venemous snake drops venemous fangs. Venemous fangs plus arrows equal poison arrow for killing big prey even orcas.
On the stats on the left side, I’m looking at 4,904,388 views as I post this… Since Kaalus will post soon it will grow very fast in a short amount of time. Last week in about 2 hours it gained over 4,000 views… It’s interesting to see how fast it gains views and how many people look at this blog but do not comment on it. I find it interesting while we wait.

I hate minecraft. Everyone says it’s soo awesome. Well, it’s not. Personally, I’ve played it and It fails. It fails so much that I don’t even know how to fly. I’ll always stay loyal to Survivalcraft. Speaking of loyal, if you guys are sick of the horses shaking their heads no then find/ spawn a Yellow horse (polamio) and ride them. They are the ones that don’t shake their heads. Well survivalcraft is based off minecraft. We should be thanking Notch the creator of minecraft. He’s a nice fun guy and I’m sure he would love sc. Minecraft isn’t some enemy.
No he is not. The enemies are the Minecraft fanboys, who can’t accept Survivalcraft or Cube World. The want to stick to Minecraft forever, We will stay with Survivalcraft forever, I’m not saying you can’t play Minecraft, but we should never turn on Kaalus.
Well some Minecraft fans helped survivalcraft get popular. Like the famous minecraft youtuber, JackFrostMiner who presented survivalcraft and got it a lot more views. Jake another famous minecraft youtuber showed and recommended it. Woggy a famous minecraft youtuber did a review and made tons of minecraft players want to try out survivalcraft. So not neccesarily the case that minecraft fans are enemies when their favorite youtubers show them survivalcraft and reccomend them to play it. Some minecraft fans help get survivalcraft where it is today. Its only few you will see someone who doesn’t like survivalcraft. There are more people when they see survivalcraft they want to play. So i like to stay on the bright side of things when it comes to this topic. :D

Minecraft is actually a really good game. I played it for at least a year before I found Survivalcraft. Both games are great in their own ways. Minecraft takes the fantasy and building approach with commands and realms while Survivalcraft takes the survival and practical approach with realistism and animals. The thing is Minecraft has been around longer and so it had more time to devolop.
I’m good with redstone in Minecraft but in Survivalcraft, I dont use the electronics even though it’s more advanced since I find it difficult on the mobile devices. The looking, block breaking/placing, flying are a little toutchy when building intricate designes. The computer is much easier to use when playing these types of games (no offence. I like Survivalcraft). Survivalcraft is A LOT better then Minecraft pocket edition and it is one of the best mobile games in my opinion but you can’t really compare the two in the same way since one is for mobile devices and the other is for desktops and laptops.

We compare them because they are the higher part of block games. You have Block World and Eden at the bottom( they are still amazing games), while Minecraft and Survivalcraft are at the top. The electronics in Survivalcraft are way better than those in Minecraft, because of the whole current weakness and one block up thing. I think flying is hard in Minecraft because to go down you have to temporarily stop flying and going up is even harder. It’s like PlayStation to Xbox, Apple to Microsoft, Marvel to DC, Nintendo to Sony, and Google to Bing. If you think about it, all of the great things have a rival. All we really need to do is say our real opinions here, and our nice way of saying it around them. Like ” Minecraft is a great game, but I think Survivalcraft wins in some areas.” We just have to create a friendly rivalry, instead of 20 people screaming at us for playing this game. I too had to learn how to use Survivalcraft after a whole year playing Minecraft, but Survivalcraft seems easier than Minecraft too.

Yea SC electrics are very complex… I spent about 3 hours last night trying to wire the archery target to get each ring to have a different output… No luck…
I know spooner is great at the electronics. Spooner if your reading this could you please make tutorials for us… One more thing… On the SC wiki I notice that the website is lacking in detail to electronics, I mean I see the moderators always on it… What do they do there? I mean shouldn’t these guys fill out the wiki? Shouldn’t Kaalus be in touch with these guys and explain to them over the phone or something how these electronics work so they could make complete tutorials for the SC community? I mean I would really like to learn the electronics.. I would like to use the sound board thing to make intro music etc. and on the topic of making music… Wouldn’t it be much easier to make music by a simple segment of a keyboard popping up in the edit option… I have zero idea how to make tones or even where to start…anywho….
Minecraft is pretty awesome now. You have to think that kaalus got the whole idea from minecraft and gives it all the credit. I notice how massive and adventure packed minecraft maps can be because of the better builders who play it. While survivalcraft has more meaning in it
“surviving”, minecraft has more adventure like villages, mineshafts, jungle temples, desert temples, strongholds, dungeons, and more places to quest and steal loot for using. While survivalcraft has amazing and the best electrics ever, minecraft’s redstone is so advanced that you can make, 30 real minute timers, redstone connected to dispensors to release materials, pistons to move walls and grab things and a lot more things capable. I like to think of them as equal
Like I have stated before…. Block games are block games just like pizza is pizza no matter where it’s from… Some people like this brand and some people like the other… To each his own…
Please fix the swimming machanics. The stamina for swimming is way too low. I’m afraid to go more than 5 blocks into the water because it is so easy to drown. Once i was drowning and i got to and area that was in one block deep but i was still drowning even tho the player is 2 blocks tall. Boats don’t quite counteract this because they are quite slow. :(
Please fix this. it would make living by water much more disirable.
Also maybe add the thirst bar aswell as the hunger bar.
I agree with the thirst bar… Since we have sea bass and a freash water bass….of course we can only drink the fresh water… Maybe salt water is blueish and the fresh water could be greenish…it would also add extra visual beauty to the worlds.
…Man, Kaalus must have some sick nasty stuff he’s been working on to not be posting often lately….or he went clubbing tonight;) I’m just starving for more news on 1.25 … We’ve been into 1.25 for almost a month now and have only received tidbits :'(
