I started experimenting with a new feature, which will be the focus of 1.20.
The electrics allow you to build interesting stuff in Adventure Mode, like traps or locks. But there is still one big thing missing to make it worthwhile. If the experiments go OK, this thing will be added in 1.20, sometime next year.

Nice pic. I really hope its pistons or you are going to add them because without them I find it difficult to make contraptions. Also please make it so that levers and buttons carry the signal through the block they are place on. That way any wire placed on that block will get the signal as well.

Kaalus, please add some transport and multiplayer
and in 1.19.2 I noticed a bug to fix:
pressing plates aren’t stackable, it’s very annoying
And it’ll be good to add villagers to interact with them :)

Will there ever be a WinRT port of Survivalcraft?
I was one of the early users of survivalcraft on windows phone, i bought the game when it came out for 2€
I think it would be a great experience playing the game on my microsoft surface or on any other win 8/rt pc/tablet.
Surface runs a nvidia tegra 3 so the game could be run easily

I’m surprised no one made a “Thank you Santa Kaalus for the super duper awesome 1.19 release” remark. I know it’s pronounced differently but visually Kaalus looks pretty similar to Claus. Oh well, maybe next year.

There is a limit to how much power the phones have. Far render distance requires far too much processing power.
yes but i think my phone can handle more,im set on far and game runs really smooth(htc one x)
Maybe you can add the fourth step in the distance rendering options called “super far” or something :)
or maybe some way to hide this somehow? more fog?

Now I noticed that in the tunnel does not have this effect, at the end there is no sky, and the tunnel is longer than this cave

nvm it was raining upside, thats why there is a fog in the tunnel :(
depending on whether it is day or night, tunnel ends the color of the sky.

Survivalcraft not in the marketplace and haven’t got the update. Please help
Victor try this it works for my device go to market place, type survivalcraft in the search slot, then go to the app section for survivalcraft then hopefuly there you would see the 1.19 version, hit back until you get back to the page where it says XX updates available, hopefuly one more than before. click on it and hopefully you see update. It seems that i my phone you have to manualy prompt it.

Be able to domesticate animals and have them make more of each other that way you can make a farm in survival
Get a wolf to be a dog and protect your house while yoqu are away

Kaalus, to follow on to Vincent’s idea, in the crafting table, put a pressure plate on top of a block then place a wire under the block.
If the experiment does not go well can you let us know what it is that you were testing

Most of my thoughts about using bull like a tranport.
I’m guessing the “thing” that will be added in 1.20 will be pistons or the equivalent…. I’ll be extremely surprised if it is a mode of transport :P
1) can be added to the game fish, such as shark and non-predatory fish?
2) adding an electric motor to build rotating things like screw helicopter or blades of mill?
3) it would be very cool to be able to paint the lightbulb in different colors with paint bucket
4) but most importantly with the advent of electricity in the game to add cunning and smart mobs who could sneak into the house, such as the creeper
1) Fish would be a really cool feature, although as I see it, putting more fruit and veg in the game would be better (just having pumpkins makes that aspect of the game a bit bare)
2) Sounds almost too good to be true/ realistic :P
3) I think kaalus mentioned how shaders arent possible on phones… Something like that??? What would be cool is having tiny LED lights for circuits, similar to the warewolves eyes??
4) Smart mobs?? Sounds very resource sapping to me :|

Nice work dude, i just downloaded it started on my first house then lightning struck amd started a fire about 3 squares away. All i ask is for more hostile mobs ( possibly minotaurs, the wolves change at night why not the bulls also?) and transportation, id be happy with a simple bike if its possible, other than that i love what youve done here and wish id stumbled across it sooner.
